2 egg yolks
2 cups milk
2 cups flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup oil
½ teaspoon vanilla
2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
Put all ingredients except the egg whites into a bowl. Beat together until well combined. Fold in egg whites. Cook batter in a waffle maker according to manufacturers directions.
