Serves 6-8.
4 cups cooked, chopped chicken breast
1 cup diced celery
1 cup mayonnaise
½ cup whipping cream
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Dash of paprika
½ to 1 cup chopped nuts (pecans, walnuts)
½ to 1 cup green grapes, quartered
Salt and Pepper to taste
Croissants
Mix all ingredients together. Adjust seasonings/amounts to taste and preference. Serve on croissants.
